In Fall 2025 we are starting a small, audition-only, acapella choir for member who would like a bit more of a challenge. Rehearsals will take place following regular choir rehearsals, so no additional night out. In addition to performing at our season concerts, the group will do a few additional performances in the community throughout the year – dates TBD.
This ensemble will serve multiple purposes:
- bring more brand awareness to the choir;
- encourage new members to join; and
- entice additional concert attendees.
The Fall 2025 repertoire for the choir will be the song cycle Drei gemischte Chöre (Three mixed choruses) by Clara Schumann and will be sung in German. The individual pieces in the work are listed below. Click on each song title to see a video performance.
